Dr. Visit received the Doctoral Degree from Asian Institute of Technology in the field of Business Administration. He has extensive experience in the areas of Securities Valuation, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Business Restructuring both domestically and internationally. Dr. Visit has been frequently invited as a speaker on the topics of investment to The Stock Exchange of Thailand, The Investment Analyst Association, and the listed companies. He also currently functions as the lecturer at Thammasat University, Chulalongkorn University and Rangsit University both graduate and under-graduate program. Dr. Visit currently works as the Managing Director of Trinity Securities Group, the Chairman of Audit Committee at Capital Engineering (Public) Company, and the Audit Committee at Inter Far East Engineering Public Company.
