Dr.Virachai has had more than three decades of top management careers in a number
of international activities, such as: international commercial airlines, mining industry, trading, consumer products marketing, banking and financial institutions. His previous professional assignments covered a wide range of areas, i.e. Strategic Management, Project Management, System Management, Crisis Management, and Financial Management.

His higher educational background includes a Diploma of Higher Accounting from England, a Presidential MBA from Pepperdine University, California, U.S.A., graduated with honors (3.96), the second MBA and an MA degree in Executive Management were from Claremont Graduate University, California, U.S.A., where he also completed all required course work in the Executive Management Doctoral Program; he also completed the second doctoral program at Capella University, Minnesota, and earned his Ph.D. in Organization and Management. In 1990, he graduated from the National Defense College of Thailand, when he received the award of “Most Outstanding Thesis” from the then Prime Minister of Thailand.
